Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel a purchase from Codeindu ("we", "our", "us").

2. Course Refunds

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of course purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
  • No refunds will be issued after content has been substantially consumed or downloaded.
  • Live workshops or cohort-based courses are non-refundable after the program starts.

3. SaaS Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and access will continue through the end of the billing cycle.
  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled with a refund only within 14 days of initial purchase.

4. Consulting Services

  • Consulting sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Packages or retainers are non-refundable once the first session or deliverable has been initiated.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at businesscodeindu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Please reach out so we can resolve issues fairly.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
