We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel a purchase from Codeindu ("we", "our", "us").
2. Course Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of course purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
No refunds will be issued after content has been substantially consumed or downloaded.
Live workshops or cohort-based courses are non-refundable after the program starts.
3. SaaS Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and access will continue through the end of the billing cycle.
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
Annual subscriptions can be canceled with a refund only within 14 days of initial purchase.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Packages or retainers are non-refundable once the first session or deliverable has been initiated.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at businesscodeindu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Please reach out so we can resolve issues fairly.
