All course content, software, designs, and consulting materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Codeindu and may not be reused, copied, or redistributed without express written consent.

We strive to maintain availability of our SaaS platform and course content, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues.

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, webinar platforms). We are not responsible for any content, privacy policy, or functionality provided by such third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may also request to close your account at any time.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or interruption resulting from the use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
